Wedding of two deaf past pupils of our Deaf School: Rasika and Anura.

At the end of May 2010 two of our past pupils, Rasika and Anura, got married.
Both of them became orphans at a young age, so it is very nice for them to start a new family life.

Rasika is working in a garment factory and Anura is working as a carpenter.
They live at the house of Anura’s uncle in the Kurunegala District.

Once in a way they come to visit our Deaf School on a free day.
It is always a pleasure to meet them and to see that they are happy.
